TOCI partners with a local nursery school to promote numeracy and literacy among children aged 4-5 years. Whereby, children from disadvantaged families are offered free education. Assessment is also carried out to find out HIV status, presence of impairments or disabilities and advised on referral to access health facilities and treatment.
