Each year TOCI carries out a household water and sanitation needs assessment and plans strategies to improve the water and sanitary facilities in the community. TOCI Drama Club sensitizes the community about water borne diseases, prevention and control, maintaining and protecting the available water sources, lobbying and implementing new water and sanitation facilities in the community. So far TOCI has sensitized over 2,000 people about water and sanitation, constructed 25 pit latrines, 7 clean water taps in 7 villages of Kiguma Parish and 1 rain harvesting water tank in Karago Parish.
