TOCI Uganda

Home Care
TOCI Uganda provides orphans, children affected or infected with HIV/AID’s and disabilities with home care in a unique way. Instead of a traditional orphanage, TOCI Uganda believes that children thrive best in their own local community homes. If a child does not have a home, TOCI Uganda connects these children to families in the community who are willing to host and care for the child. In return, TOCI Uganda provides the children with basic facilities such as medical care, food supplements, clothes, bicycles, mosquito nets, educational supplies/fees and income generation projects to sustain the family. TOCI Uganda currently has 260 children from the age of 1 to 17 years. Each home is provided with the services listed above to ensure overall health and quality of life for the children and their guardians.
