TOCI Uganda is non-profit organization based in Fort Portal, Uganda that is a locally run community initiative focusing on helping vulnerable children, youth and women to live healthy, sustainable and successful lives through a number of empowering projects ranging from education, health, economic empowerment to sports and vocational training opportunities .

TOCI Uganda is focused in the Kiguma and Karangura parishes which are rural areas located off the Bundibugyo road and about 8km from Fort Portal town in the Western Uganda. TOCI Uganda is run by local community members and working professionals.
