TOCI Uganda provides vocational training in footwear,belts, handbag, Jewelry design and manufacture,  salon and hair dressing, tailoring, computer skills and soon mobile communications handsets and phone repair. Each program runs from 2 months to 6 months where students are given the opportunity to train with community professionals. Upon graduation, graduates are given the option of either working for our in-house vocational  businesses set up by TOCI Uganda (Salon, Tailoring Shop, Craft Shop, Computer center) or are given start-up kits and market-access training to assist them in beginning their own small enterprises. TOCI Uganda provides on-going monitoring and support to those who have started their own income generating projects.
