TOCI provides voluntary counseling and testing to children infected and affected with HIV/AID’s to live normal, healthy and productive lives. TOCI partners with Kiguma Health Centre to ensure children and guardians know their sero-status and adhere to treatment and counseling. Every year, TOCI organizes a candle light church service to remember those who died of HIV/AID’s, to instill hope to those who are positively living with HIV and to encourage those who are not affected to practice safer means.
